BS Drop Forged Scaffolding Couplers Fittings
British Standard, Drop Forged scaffolding couplers/fittings, BS1139/EN74.
British Standard scaffolding fittings are main scaffolding products for steel pipe and fittings system. More earlier time ago, almost all construction use steel pipe and couplers together. Until now, still have so many companies like using them.
As one whole system parts, the couplers connect steel pipe to establish one whole scaffolding system and support more projects to be built. For British standard coupler, there are two types, one is pressed couplers, the other is drop forged couplers.

JIS Scaffolding Couplers Clamps
Japanese Standard scaffolding clamp just have pressed type. Their standard is JIS A 8951-1995 or materials standard is JIS G3101 SS330.
Base on high quality, we tested them and go through SGS with nice data.
JIS standard pressed clamps, can build one whole system with steel pipe, they have different type accessories, including fixed clamp, swivel clamp, sleeve coupler, inner joint pin, beam clamp and base plate etc.
Surface treatment can choose electro-galv. or hot dip galv., with yellow color or silver color. And All packages can be customized as your requirements, normally carton box and wooden pallet.
We still can emboss your company logo as your design.

BS Pressed Scaffolding Couplers Fittings

Korean Type Scaffolding Couplers Clamps
Korean type scaffolding clamp belongs to all scaffolding couplers which most be used to Asian markets base on customers requirements. For example South Korea, Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand etc.
We all scaffolding clamp packed with wooden pallets or steel pallets, which can give you high protection when shipment and also can design your logo.
Especially, JIS standard clamp and Korean type clamp, will pack them with carton box and 30 pcs for each carton. -
Putlog Coupler/ Single Coupler
A scaffolding putlog coupler, as per BS1139 and EN74 standard, it is designed to connect a transom (horizontal tube ) to a ledger (horizontal tube parallel to the building) , providing support for scaffold boards. They are typically made from forged steel Q235 for coupler cap, pressed steel Q235 for coupler body, ensuring durability and complaince with safety standards.

Italian Scaffolding Couplers
Italian type scaffolding couplers just like BS type pressed scaffolding couplers, which connect with steel pipe to assemble one whole scaffolding system.
In fact, all the world, very less markets use this type coupler except Italian markets. Italian couplers have pressed type and drop forged type with fixed coupler and swivel couplers. Size is for normal 48.3mm steel pipe.

Board Retaining Coupler
A Board retaining coupler, as per BS1139 and EN74 standard. It is designed to assemble with steel tube and fasten steel board or wooden board on scaffolding system. They are typically made from forged steel and pressed steel, ensuring durability and complaince with safety standards.
Regarding the different markets and projects required, we can produce drop forged BRC and pressed BRC. Only the coupler caps are different.
Normally, the BRC surface is electro galvanized and hot dip galvanized.
